Throughout the year, CHS offers a range of activities for its members and the general public. Programs enjoyed by the community are:                         Organized tours to historically significant sites throughout the region; Special guest presentations; Special events, including CHS's annual fundraiser and BBQ, which is held each June.

The CHS BBQ is a popular community event.
